1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website AminoTides.org and/or making a purchase, you (“the Buyer”) affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You confirm you have read and understood the following Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability.

2. Product Purpose and Use

All products sold by AminoTides are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory development purposes by qualified personnel. They are NOT for human or veterinary use, nor are they to be used as food additives, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

3. Customer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher or work within a controlled laboratory environment.
• You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products.
• You possess the knowledge, equipment, and facilities to handle these materials safely.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, handling, and use of these products.
• You understand that these products are not certified or guaranteed to be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and assume responsibility for verifying their status for your intended use.

4. Waiver of Liability and Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall AminoTides, its owners, or affiliates be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the handling, possession, or use of its products, whether used alone or in combination with other substances.

In direct consideration of the sale, you agree to indemnify and hold AminoTides harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising from your handling, possession, misuse, or use of the product. This includes any action taken by a third party.

5. FDA and Legal Disclaimer

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by AminoTides are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

AminoTides is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
