Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and the potential for tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

- Ships From: All orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, USA.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
- Carrier Partners: We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
- Tracking Your Order: For real-time updates on your package's location and delivery estimate, please use the tracking number provided.
- Theft: AminoTides is not liable for packages stolen after a successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
2. Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and the potential for tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Delivered Packages: Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. AminoTides is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. If you believe the product to be defective, we require proof with an HPLC test result from an accredited lab. Anecdotal claims will not be accepted. We will require clear photographic evidence of the issue.
4. Missing Items
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing product.
5. Required Documentation for Claims
All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation:
- 🎥 A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
- 📸 Photos of the external packaging
- 📸 Photos of the package contents
- 📄 Photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation may be denied.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
