Yes. Account creation is required to verify researcher credentials and maintain compliance records for each purchase. This helps us ensure our products are only sold for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

Yes. Our products undergo third-party laboratory testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product. COAs include HPLC purity testing, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and batch-specific documentation.

COAs are available on request. You can request a COA through our Contact page or by emailing our support team. Please include the product name and batch number (found on your product packaging) in your request.

"Research Use Only" means these products are sold exclusively for laboratory research and development. They are not manufactured under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for human or animal pharmaceutical use. They are not approved by the FDA as drugs, supplements, or foods. A "Research Use Only" label does not by itself determine regulatory status — the intended use must be consistent with laboratory research across all aspects of purchase, handling, and use.

Storage instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page. Most lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C upon receipt, protected from light and moisture. Refer to the specific product page and COA for detailed storage and stability information.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund. An unboxing video may be requested for verification.

At checkout, you will need to confirm your research use acknowledgment, accept our Terms of Service, confirm your shipping address is within the US, and provide your research organization/institution name, research role, and intended laboratory research purpose.
