2. Research-Only Restriction

• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation, age, authority, or intended use when ordering or using the site.
• Transfer, resell, or redistribute products to any person or entity that is not qualified to use them for lawful research under this Policy.
• Use the site or products in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, customer accounts, servers, or related systems.

4. Verification and Refusal

5. Reporting Misuse

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the site, cancellation of pending or future orders, restriction of account privileges, and any other remedy available to AminoTides under applicable law. We may also report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where permitted or required.

7. No Waiver

AminoTides' failure to enforce any part of this Policy in a particular instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

8. Interpretation

If any part of this Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control to the extent of the conflict unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.
