Program Policy

The AminoTides Partner Program (the "Program") is a single-level referral commission program operated by AminoTides. Affiliates ("Partners") earn commissions exclusively from qualifying purchases made by their own referred customers using the Partner's unique affiliate code.

The Program is not a multi-level marketing structure. Partners do not receive compensation for recruiting other Partners, and no commission is earned from the sales activity of any other Partner's referred customers. AminoTides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of application and on an ongoing basis:

(a) You are 21 years of age or older.

(b) You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, science communicator, or educator operating in an academic, institutional, or private research context.

(c) Your publicly available content is anchored in scientific methodology and is directed exclusively to qualified research audiences.

(d) You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set forth in this Policy.

AminoTides retains sole discretion to approve or deny any application and to revoke Partner status at any time for failure to maintain eligibility requirements.

Partners earn a commission of twenty percent (20%) of the net order value on each qualifying order placed by a referred customer using the Partner's affiliate code at checkout.

An order is "qualifying" if: (a) the customer applies the Partner's unique code at checkout; (b) the order reaches a completed and fully paid status; and (c) the order is not subsequently reversed, refunded, or charged back.

Commission rates are subject to change with reasonable notice to active Partners. No commission is earned on shipping charges, applicable taxes, or order amounts attributable to discount codes other than the Partner's own code.

When a referred customer applies a Partner's code at checkout, the customer receives a fifteen percent (15%) discount on qualifying product purchases. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, Spin & Save rewards, or promotional codes unless AminoTides expressly states otherwise.

AminoTides reserves the right to modify customer discount rates at any time.

Affiliate tracking is managed through GoAffPro. Attribution requires that the customer manually applies the Partner's code at checkout and that the resulting order reaches a completed payment state.

AminoTides is not responsible for attribution failures resulting from customers failing to enter the affiliate code, browser configurations that block tracking cookies, or payment methods that do not transmit standard webhook data (including but not limited to wire transfers or manual payment arrangements).

Tracking cookies have a thirty (30) day window from the date the customer first uses the affiliate code link.

Commissions are paid out once a Partner's accrued balance meets the minimum payout threshold of fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).

Payouts are processed on a schedule determined by AminoTides and are subject to a standard holding period to account for order returns or chargebacks. AminoTides reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions on orders that are subsequently refunded, disputed, or flagged for fraud.

Partners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations associated with commissions received.

Partners must ensure that all content produced in connection with their participation in the Program complies with the following standards:

Permitted: Mechanism-of-action breakdowns citing published literature; compound structure, receptor binding, and molecular interaction summaries; laboratory protocol documentation using research-grade reagents; peer-reviewed citation and scientific source referencing; purity, storage, and handling specifications for laboratory use; analytical chemistry methodology descriptions.

Prohibited: Any reference to human or animal use, dosing, or personal administration; therapeutic, medical, or health-benefit claims of any kind; before/after narratives or personal outcome statements; injection guidance or reconstitution instructions for personal use; language implying FDA approval or clinical validation; testimonials framed around physiological or biological effects in people.

Disclosure Requirements: Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with AminoTides in every promotion, post, video, or any other content produced in connection with the Program. Acceptable disclosure language includes "Paid affiliate," "#ad," or "#sponsored" placed in a position that is immediately visible to viewers without requiring any action on their part (e.g., expanding a caption, scrolling, or clicking). Disclosures must not be buried in hashtag blocks or otherwise obscured.

Content Review & Removal: AminoTides reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review Partner content at any time. If AminoTides determines in its sole discretion that any content violates this Policy, applicable law, or any regulatory guidance, AminoTides may require the Partner to immediately remove, edit, or retract such content. Failure to comply with a removal or correction request within 48 hours constitutes grounds for immediate termination of Partner status.

Violation of content standards constitutes grounds for immediate termination of Partner status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

All AminoTides products are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and development purposes. None of these products have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in humans or animals.

Partners are strictly prohibited from representing, implying, or suggesting that AminoTides products are approved, licensed, or suitable for any biological, therapeutic, or clinical application. Any Partner content that makes such representations, whether directly or indirectly, will result in immediate termination from the Program.

Partners remain solely liable for all content they publish and for ensuring that content complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The AminoTides Partner Program is a single-level referral program. Partners earn commissions only from qualifying purchases made by their own referred customers.

Partners do not receive compensation of any kind — including commissions, bonuses, overrides, or any other incentive — for recruiting, introducing, or referring other individuals to participate in the Program.

No commission is earned based on the sales activity of any other Partner or on purchases referred by another Partner's customers.

AminoTides reserves the right to modify any aspect of this Policy, including commission rates, payout thresholds, content standards, and eligibility requirements, at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email or by updated posting of this Policy.

Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of a policy change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

AminoTides may suspend or terminate a Partner's participation for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of content standards, failure to maintain eligibility, inactivity, or conduct that AminoTides determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to the Program or to AminoTides.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions on already-completed qualifying orders will be paid out at the next scheduled payout cycle, provided no outstanding disputes, refunds, or violations exist.

The Program is provided "as is." AminoTides makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability of the Program, the accuracy of commission tracking, or the continuity of payout schedules. AminoTides' liability to any Partner is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions validly earned in accordance with this Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
